MET is an Italian maker of bicycle helmets, founded in 1987. MET S.p.A. is based in Talamona, in the Valtellina valley in the province of Sondrio, and also runs Bluegrass, a line of helmets, gloves and body protection for gravity mountain biking.
Its range covers helmets for road cycling, triathlon and time trials, gravel riding, cross-country, trail and enduro mountain biking, e-bikes, commuting and trekking, as well as children's helmets, with MIPS versions of many models. The company's quality management system is certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
