outdoordirectory.eu is a directory of outdoor brands for people in Europe: hiking and trekking, camping, climbing and mountaineering, trail running, ski touring and bikepacking. It is published in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Swedish.

What we list

We aim to list every relevant brand, not a selection. A brand appears whether or not it pays us anything, and whether or not it has a partner programme. Brands are sorted alphabetically or by the filters you choose. Nobody can pay for a better position.

Discovery has no borders. You see every brand wherever you are: a visitor in the Netherlands sees Austrian brands, and a visitor in Spain sees Swedish ones. Only the buy button changes with your country. It goes to a shop that sells the brand in your market. See how we earn money.

Where the information comes from

Brand profiles are written from each brand's own website and other public sources: company pages, reputable press and encyclopaedias. They describe a brand. They don't review it. "Made in Europe" reflects what a brand says about where it makes its products. Where it says nothing, we show "not stated" rather than guess.

Profiles are written in English and translated into the other five languages with machine assistance.

Corrections and missing brands

If something is wrong or out of date, or a brand is missing, write to info@akaterra.com. We correct factual errors as soon as we can check them.
