These terms apply to your use of outdoordirectory.eu, a free directory of outdoor brands run by Akaterra AB, Sättrabacken 31, 763 91 Hallstavik, Sweden (company registration number 559195-5769). By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.

What the site is

outdoordirectory.eu describes outdoor brands and links to shops that sell them. It is free to use and needs no account. We don't sell anything: when you follow a link to a shop and buy something, your contract is with that shop, under its own terms, prices and delivery conditions. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy notice.

Accuracy

We write brand profiles from public sources, mainly the brand's own website, and check them before they are published. Brands and shops change, though, and we can't guarantee that every detail is complete, current or correct. Whether a product is available, what it costs and how it is delivered is whatever the shop says on its own site. If you find a mistake, write to info@akaterra.com and we will look at it.

Links and earnings

Links to shops and brands take you to other companies' websites. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it. Some links are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking one, the shop may pay us a commission. Before a link through the Awin network, we ask for your consent to Awin's cookies. Using our content

You may read, link to and share pages of outdoordirectory.eu for personal, non-commercial use. Copying or extracting the directory or a substantial part of it, by hand or with automated tools, needs our written permission: the selection and arrangement of the data are protected, including by the EU database right. Brand names and logos belong to their owners; we use them only to identify the brands.

Liability

We provide outdoordirectory.eu as it is. To the extent the law allows, Akaterra AB is not liable for loss or damage arising from using the site or from relying on its content, or for the products, services or websites of the brands and shops we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, for example for intent or gross negligence.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date shown, applies. Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
