Red Chili is a German climbing shoe brand founded in 1996 by climbers Stefan Glowacz and Uwe Hofstädter; its first models reached the shops in 1998. Red Chili merged with the climbing equipment maker EDELRID in 2018 and is an EDELRID Group brand, with its products designed and developed at the group's head office in Isny im Allgäu.
The range centres on climbing and bouldering shoes, from performance models to rental and children's shoes, alongside chalk bags, climbing accessories and casual climbing clothing. Red Chili has been a member of the Fair Wear Foundation since 2021.
