Evolv is an American climbing shoe brand founded in 2003 by Brian Chung and built up by a small crew of Southern Californian climbers. Since 2019 it has been part of the Oberalp Group, the South Tyrolean owner of Salewa, Dynafit and Wild Country, and its North American business is run from Boulder, Colorado.
The range consists of climbing shoes, from all-round to performance models, including children's shoes and an adaptive climbing shoe, along with chalk bags and chalk buckets. Evolv's shoes use TRAX, its own family of rubber compounds, including a non-marking version made for indoor climbing.
