Blackburn is an American cycling accessories brand founded in 1975 and headquartered in Irvine, California. It is part of Revelyst, whose brands also include Bell, Giro and CamelBak, and its range is sold through the Bell Helmets website.
The brand started with the EX-1 aluminium touring rack. For touring and bikepacking it makes front and rear racks, panniers, the Outpost and Grid series of seat packs, frame bags, top-tube and handlebar bags, and Dayblazer and Grid front and rear lights, along with pumps, bottle cages and repair tools.
